THE FLORAL ACCENT
Rose, Jasmine and Honeysuckle
With the Floral Accent, discover the marriage of the Folle Blanche and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Selected during the distillation process for their richness in aromatic esters, the eaux-de-vie that make up this cognac are guided by our Cellar Master on a journey between dry and wet cellars, new and older woods in order to further develop their floral potential. This fine and balanced cognac displays a beautiful aromatic complexity, nourished by lively and exuberant floral accents.
THE FRUITY ACCENT
Stone fruits, pear and quince jelly
With the Fruity Accent, enter the fruity world of the Ugni Blanc grape variety: characterized by aromas of grapefruit but especially white fruits, it reveals its power in this cognac. The singular character of this cognac is the result of the selection of eaux-de-vie rich in fruity esters, and an aging process with a hygrometry designed to amplify the development of these fruity aromas. The pear, vine peach and grape flavors unite in a cognac with a fresh and round attack, followed by a smooth finish.
THE SPICY ACCENT
Vanilla, cinnamon and coffee
Selected for their amino acids, the eaux-de-vie that make up this Cognac are aged in the center of our cellars in order to encourage oxidation that develops the intensity of the spiciest flavors. A very nice exercise in olfactory balance between the warm spices created by the charm of a black pepper and the fresh spices created by the subtlety of a Cochin cardamom. Somewhere between elegance and impertinence, this double-faceted cognac seduces the palate, as much by the distinctiveness of the ginger as by the mischievousness of the nutmeg.
