NEW COLLECTION

Les Ateliers Camus have created cognacs as rare, exclusive, and unique as the novels of Jules Verne. Verne’s novel Five Weeks in a Balloon was first published in 1863, the same year that Maison Camus was founded, embarking on an endless spirituous adventure characterized by a taste for creativity and exploration.

To pay homage to the adventurous spirit that Maison Camus shares with Jules Verne, we would like to invite you to undertake an extraordinary voyage with three unique, limited-edition works of art. Along the way, you will discover a new collection of traveling cognacs – an unparalleled experience for the senses.

Let’s start the first leg of our voyage as we set out for:

L’Île Cognac, the French name for Cognac Island

An exceptional blend unlike anything ever produced before…

We know that a voyage to l’Île Cognac means leaving the mainland behind. A copper and black aluminum tray with a glass plate on top rises just over three feet above the ground. On it, three crystal decanters transport the cognac like immense 500 ml (16.6 fl. oz.) and 700 ml (23.7 fl. oz.) balloons. They are moved by three propellerdriven pods bearing three crystal glasses suspended above the feet of the table, which in turn hold a box with six tasting glasses. The box contains three different types of glasses to turn three distinctive tasting experiences into a ritual.
