- 45 ml cognac Borderies Special Dry Camus
- 15 ml Aperol
- 20 ml lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 15 ml passion fruit syrup
- 25 ml pineapple juice
- 1 dash Absinthe
Shake and double strain on ice. Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves
All you have to do is enjoy!
