Edmond Camus is made a knight of the Legion of Honor. This prestigious decoration rewards his commitment to serving the family business, the world of cognac, French exports and his fellow citizens - he founded a charity office in Chateaubernard of which he is mayor.

1982

Michel Camus is decorated for his talents as a businessman and his defense of the interests of the cognac industry. Thanks to his determination and creativity, Camus has become an international company.

2017

Jean-Pierre Raffarrin presents the badge of Knight of the Legion of Honor to Cyril Camus whom he describes as "the most Chinese of the Charentais", a way of saluting the strategic choices and the strong growth made by the man who embodies the fifth generation in head of the family business.

2022

Camus mobilized the know-how of several artistic professions within the Ateliers Camus to create the cognac from the Legion of Honor Private Collection. In 2022 it begins at the Palais De la Légion D'honneur.
