In the heart of a 19th century ageing cellar, live an unforgettable organoleptic experience by tasting cognacs carefully selected by the Cellar Master of the Camus House and discover the alchemy of the Cognac blend. During this discovery, you will be surprised and amazed by the unique moments we have in store for you.

Programme :

From 2:00 pm, you will be welcomed by the ambassadors of the House of Camus who will take you to discover this authentic house where excellence and know-how are the key words. Frédéric Dezauzier will be the conductor of this visit and will reserve for you some very magical moments. 

At 7:00 pm, rendez-vous in the heart of the vineyards of the Gîte site, in the heart of the Borderies for an open air tasting of four exceptional cognacs. A timeless and bucolic moment before dinner.

The aperitif will then be served on the terrace of the Gîte, the historic house of the Camus family, where you will be welcomed by the ambassadors of the House and our Maître d’hôtel.

After this interlude, other precious moments will await you as you will take your place in the majestic dining room where, for this unique occasion, the table will be set as if you were at the Tour d’Argent. You will then taste the menu of our Chef Yannick Franques, imagined as a surprising harmony between food and cognac, punctuated by the tasting of exceptional cognacs that will reveal unsuspected and magical combinations. An exceptional score for an evening that will remain unforgettable.

The end of the evening will oscillate between the music room or the cigar cellar according to your desires of the moment. An authentic and exciting evening.
