When cognac reveals a new expression

Our "Camus Twist" is based on two choices:

The first is CAMUS VSOP. Its aromatic profile naturally reveals notes of ripe fruit, sweet spices and vanilla that give the cocktail more depth.

The second is a touch of white peach syrup. Discreet, almost imperceptible at first, it extends the yellow fruit notes of the cognac and envelops the vivacity of the lime with a silkier texture.

Fill your glass with ice cubes so that it is perfectly chilled when served.

Pour into a shaker: 5 cl of CAMUS VSOP, 2 cl of lime juice, 1 cl of orange liqueur, 0.5 cl of white peach syrup and a pinch of fleur de sel.

Shake for ten seconds. When the shaker becomes very cold in your hands, the aromas have blended harmoniously and the dilution is ideal.

Strain the cocktail into the glass, then garnish with a slice of lime.
