Camus and Babson College Present the 2025 Global Family Entrepreneurship Award to the Riberas Family

Tuscany, March 26, 2025 – Maison Camus, the largest independent family-owned Cognac house, and Babson College, the world’s leading institution for entrepreneurship education, proudly announced the recipient of the 2025 Global Family Entrepreneurship Award: the Riberas Family, founders of Gestamp Automoción.

This prestigious award, created in partnership with the Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship (BIFE), honors multigenerational entrepreneurial families who embody innovation, long-term impact, and strong values.

A Visionary Industrial Legacy

Founded in 1958 by Francisco Riberas Pampliega, the Riberas family grew Gestamp into a global automotive leader with 115 plants in 20 countries and over 40,000 employees. Today, Patricia and Mónica Riberas carry the legacy forward through Fundación Gestamp, supporting education, culture, and community initiatives worldwide.

A One-of-a-Kind Cognac Trophy

To commemorate this recognition, Les Ateliers Camus created an exceptional Cognac trophy housed in a hand-blown 90cl decanter encased in nickel-plated metal, containing a unique blend of three eaux-de-vie:

• 27-year-old Borderies Cognac – representing 27 years of Gestamp innovation
• 20-year-old Grande Champagne Cognac – symbolizing their global presence
• 40-year-old Petite Champagne Cognac – in tribute to their 40,000 employees

The golden hue with copper reflections embodies the spirit of Maison Camus: excellence, innovation, and artisanal heritage.
