• Terroir: Cru Borderies (Single Estate Cognac exclusively from our family vineyards)

• Grape varieties: Ugni Blanc (possible presence of Colombard and Folle Blanche)

• Ageing: Blend of eaux de vie between 3 to 8 years old minimum
