When cognac reveals a new expression
Our "Camus Twist" is based on two principles.
The first one is CAMUS VSOP. Its naturally fruity notes pair perfectly with citrus and add more depth than a white spirit.
The second is a touch of orange blossom. Delicate and light, it elegantly highlights the citrus notes and provides a floral signature that extends the cocktail's freshness right to its finish.
The right steps, one by one

Fill a large glass with ice for a few minutes so that it is perfectly chilled when serving.

Pour directly into the glass: 5cl of CAMUS VSOP, 2cl of freshly squeezed lime juice, a pinch of sea salt, 8cl of fresh grapefruit juice and top up with soda water.

Stir gently with a spoon to preserve the bubbles' delicate effervescence.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime.
