When cognac reveals a new expression

Our "Camus Twist" is based on two choices:

The first is CAMUS Special Dry. Its naturally fruity, vanilla, and slightly spicy notes provide an aromatic depth that pairs perfectly with coffee flavors.

The second is a touch of vanilla syrup. Delicately measured, it extends the gourmet notes of the cognac and adds more roundness without masking the freshness of the espresso. The cocktail gains elegance while retaining all its intensity.

Fill a coupe or martini glass with ice cubes for a few minutes to chill it perfectly before serving.

Pour directly into a shaker: 5 cl of CAMUS Special Dry, 3 cl of freshly brewed espresso, 2 cl of coffee liqueur, and 0.5 cl of vanilla syrup.

Shake vigorously for about fifteen seconds.

Gently strain the cocktail. Sprinkle some bitter cocoa powder on the foam and add 4 coffee beans.
