FINE ISLAND COGNAC

Imagine an island. Listen to the surf, the breath of the ocean slipping between the rows of vines, swaying the grapes and steeping the soil in salt and light. It is at the farthest edge of the Cognac appellation, where the vines are said to tumble into the Atlantic, that our sea-legged hussar was born: Fine Island Cognac.
