Located on the heights of Cognac in the historic original premises and warehouses of the House of CAMUS, Cellar N° 3 is a must see for all Cognac enthusiasts.
In an authentic 19th century cellar, under two hundred-year-old beams, the angels collect their shares in a mysterious and magical way. For CAMUS the “Angels’ Share” takes on a complete new meaning: “The Art of Refining Tradition”.
The Art of Refining Tradition will be shared through a Masterclass guided by an expert around three themes:
- the different ageing phases of a Cognac,
- an introduction to tasting a “stale” Cognac,
- food pairings with Cognac.
UAn unforgettable, rich and emotional experience followed by a dinner curated by a Michelin-starred Chef of carefully chosen food-Cognac pairings.
